“I want it to happen faster.” 
“Are we there yet?” 
“I wish this would happen now.” 

We are rushing through life in a microwave society, where we can get information and connect faster than ever before. I have a friend who says that the technology we have today  “accelerates what’s already in your heart.”  

In other words, it can be a good or a bad thing. So if you’re impatient or insecure in certain areas – and let’s be real... we ALL are about something – constant access to people’s “highlight reels” of their life can accelerate those feelings.

Anxiety Doesn't Have To Suck

As some of you may or may not know, this past year I was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. For most people who have it, it can literally paralyze you at times from living your life. Sometimes even beginning your day is a small victory in and of itself. Once when I described the feeling of it to someone who has never experienced it who was trying to understand, I told them that it’s like your mind is just “noisy” and racing with thoughts all the time and you can’t control it.
