Hello all! I’m sure you’ve been seeing my posts all about the upcoming #SchmetsWedding this fall. As you can imagine, being a bride and a business owner could seem like way more than most could handle. This year I decided that I would work on one word that would help shape my outlook for 2015. The word I decided on was “balance” BORING, right?
Well actually, it’s been keeping this girl more on track than ever. I think one of the most important skills to master when it comes to deciding to be a professional entrepreneur is time management. It’s this beautiful art of being able to do a lot more in a lot less time.
As most of you may have seen, I was blessed to be able to work with some amazing ladies recently at a local mall kiosk that is semi-local to our house. One of my favorite things about my business is our motto, “One Team One Mission.” We choose to work together even when we aren't necessarily on the same team as one another.
No, this is NOT what you're thinking!!! Seriously though. How many of you out there are thinking, "yeah, I see you being super successful with It Works and I want to join you BUT... (Fill in the blank)."

“I want to do It Works, BUT you're better at sales than I am.”

“I want to talk to people BUT I'm afraid of what they will think.”
