"Buffalo Boats" are an easy, healthy, yet surprisingly filling crockpot meal that's not too spicy. They were soooo easy and so flavorful!
Here's what you'll need:
- Approximately 6 ounces of Frank's Buffalo Sauce.
- 3 pieces of chicken breast
- Yogurt Ranch
- 4 Sweet Potatoes
- Avocado (Optional)
Here's how you make it:
Put the chicken and 3oz of the buffalo sauce in the crockpot on low heat (or 250º in the oven) for 3 hours. Then add the extra sauce and cook until finished.
Cook the sweet potatoes in the oven for 45 minutes. Cut them open and stuff with chicken and cilantro, then top with ranch.
Finally, slice up an avocado if desired.
