Tasty No-Bake Oreo Cookies and Cream Bars

  • 1 Family Size (16.6 oz) package of Oreos 
  • 1 10 oz bag of large marshmallows
  • 1/2 stick of softened butter 
  • 9 x 13 Pan, Sprayed with Nonstick Spray or Butter
  • White Chocolate Chips 
  • Large Ziplock Bag 

First, grind up the Oreos in a food processor or blender. You may need to do a few at a time. Put aside in a big microwave-safe bowl.

Once that is done, cut the butter up into 4 pieces and put that and the marshmallows into another bowl in the microwave. Microwave for 60 second intervals and stir until completely melted. 

Then, put the marshmallow mixture in with the Oreo mixture and heat for 45 seconds in the microwave, then stir throughly together. If you have a handheld mixer, you may want to use that since it gets tough to stir after a little while.

Next take the stirred contents and put them together in the pan. Spread out evenly to make it look like a bar. 

After that, take your Ziplock bag and put your white chocolate chips inside. Zip it almost closed, leaving 1" open in the zipper. Melt those in the microwave for 60 second intervals until melted, then cut a small hole in the corner and squeeze over the Oreo bars. 

Put in the fridge and take out a few hours before serving.
